Business Premier
• Full Fare Adult - Any Traveller. Any time or day of the week. First class

Leisure Select & Standard class
• Flexible - Any Traveller. Any time or day of the week
• Child - Available in both Leisure Select & Std class. Children from 4 up to 11 included on TDD
• Senior - Available in both Leisure Select & Std class. 60 year old and more
• Youth - Available in both Leisure Select & Std class. Youngsters up to 25 included on TDD.
• Passholder - Travellers carrying Eurailpass / Eurail Selectpass (including France or Benelux , depending on the route) / France Railpass (to/from Paris only) / Eurail France-Italy Pass (to/from Paris only) / Eurail France-Spain Pass (to/from Paris only) / Eurail Germany-Benelux (to/from Brussels only) / Eurail France-Switzerland Pass (to/from Paris only) / BritRail Classic or Flexi Pass (to/from Belgium or France only) / Britrail Pass + Ireland (to/from Belgium or France only) / Britrail England Consecutive or Flexi Pass (to/from Belgium or France only) / Britrail London Plus (to/from Belgium or France only) / Benelux Tourrail Pass (ONLY for the route from/to Bruxelles Midi). Please remember

 

• Flexipass holders will NOT have to use one day of validity from the pass
• Eurostar tickets to Brussels are valid to any Belgian station. Passengers can travel on one ticket for this journey .
• Customers are not allowed to purchase a First class Passholder fare with a Second class pass except holders of Eurail Pass Youth or Eurailpass Select Youth
• Pass needs to be validated prior to boarding Eurostar

Exchange and Refunds
• Special cancellation fees apply to some fares
• Exchange and refund policies vary depending on the type of fare purchased
• Refunds, when authorised, can only be performed in the issuing country within 2 months from Train's Departure Date
• For Business Premier & Flexible fare, full refund or exchange is possible, until 2 months after the train's departure date.
• Exchanges can only be performed in Europe at any Eurostar Station ( Paris Nord, London Waterloo International, Bruxelles Midi, Ashford International, Calais-Frethun). This is valid before and until 2 months after the travel date for fully exchangeable tickets (Business Premier/Full Fare) and ONLY before departure date for Child/Passholder/Senior/Youth and Leisure Flexi. The customer goes to check-in via the manual booth.

Check-in & boarding procedures
• Leisure Select and Std Class Clients must check-in at least 30 minutes before the departure of the train or will not be allowed to board Eurostar.
• A last minute check-in for Business Premier clients is available 10 minutes before departure time.
• Client must not forget immigration documents and passport (identity card, passport, visa if necessary) to permit entry into the destination country

Immigrations
• Passport, baggage and security checks will take place at the Eurostar Terminals and/or on board the train during the journey.
• If client is not a citizen of the European Union , he is required to fill in an Immigration landing card for entry into the UK. These are made available in the Eurostar terminals and on board the train.

Unaccompanied Minors
• Under 12's must be accompanied by a competent person over the age of 18.
• 12 – 17's may travel alone provided they have a full, valid passport or identity card issued in their own name and are in possession of either a hand-written letter of consent from a parent or guardian, witnessed by an official person, or a completed Unaccompanied Minors Consent Form.
• The completed Unaccompanied Minors Consent Form must be handed to a member of Eurostar staff at check in.
• Eurostar does not operate an unaccompanied minor service. Any minor aged 12 – 17 inclusive must have in their possession throughout their journey the written consent of their parent or legal guardian. Children under 12 cannot travel alone.

ENTRY VISA(S) AND TRANSIT VISA(S) REQUIREMENT

• All passports must have at least six month validity during the entire traveling period
• Customer are requested to kindly checked directly with the country embassies concerned to ensure fully Entry Visa(s) Compliance.
• Customer have to undertake entire responsibility to ensure that they have meet fully with a Entry Visa(s) requirements of the countries or destinations that they are traveling to.
