• Please note the valid period of the package
• Apple Holidays web site prices are valid for internet booking only
• Please make your bookings early as flight seat space and accommodations are subject to availability at the time of booking
• Please make your booking at least 5 working days before departure
• All bookings are subject to availability of flight and accommodation and are not immediately confirmed
• Package fares include only arrangements as stated in the itinerary
• Child fares are age 2-11 and sharing with paying adults
• Apple Holidays Pte Ltd acts only and strictly as a booking agent, Apple Holidays Pte Ltd does not hold any liability and/or responsibility with the tour
• This applies for all bookings, either via telephone or email

 

2006 / 2007 FOR INDIVIDUAL TRAVELER HOTEL TARIFF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

• The tariff is applicable from 1 April 2006 to 31 March 2007 unless otherwise stated.
• The star rating of each property is classified based on the AAA Accommodation Guide but is subject to amendment at any time without notice. Star ratings are used to symbolize the overall quality, level of services, food standard and range of facilities available in any given property. We cannot guarantee or warrant any kind of services or level of quality offered by any given property.
• All rates are subject to change by the hotels / apartments without prior notice.
• If room type is not specified, the rates are based on Run-of-House rooms.
• Amendments
  any amendment must be made in writing
• Cancellation policy
  1. All cancellations must be notified in writing 5 working days prior to arrival date to avoid any cancellation charge imposed by the hotels / apartments.
  2. Charge will be imposed for any no-show, cancellation or reduction in room nights or number of rooms made less than 5 full owrking days prior to arrival. Please ensure you receive our written confirmation of any booking you cancel, otherwise a no show charge may be imposed. Where guests fail to check-in by 6 p.m. on the stated day of arrival, hotels may release rooms unless you guarantee the booking to us.
  3. Cacellation fee will apply in relation to each hotel booked during peak season. In the event that the hotel / apartment should charge a cancellation fee of more than one night, this charge shall become payable by you. This will be notified prior to your acceptance of the terms.
• Peak season period (Public Holidays / Special Events / Conferences / Trade Fairs / Exhibition)
  1. During peak season, certain hotels and apartments may require a full payment upon confirmation of bookings of which we shall advise you at time of booking.
  2. Peak seasons attract high prices in most cities. Certain hotels and apartments may impose special conditions or cancellation policy that will be advised upon confirmation. The responsibility for cancelling by the specified date will be yours. If you do not cancel in time, you will be liable for full charges in accordance with these conditions.
  3. During the high season, some hotels can only offer us rack rates or corporate rates. Under such circumstances, we will advise you accordingly.
• Block out period
  Surcharges and minimum period of stay conditions during block out / peak period are listed for individual hotels. Any changes in block out periods or surcharges will be advised at time of booking.

• Payments
  Unless credit facilities have been established, full payment is required prior to or on the arrival of the passengers.

 

ENTRY VISA(S) AND TRANSIT VISA(S) REQUIREMENT

 

• All passports must have at least six month validity during the entire traveling period
• Customer are requested to kindly checked directly with the country embassies concerned to ensure fully Entry Visa(s) Compliance.
• Customer have to undertake entire responsibility to ensure that they have meet fully with a Entry Visa(s) requirements of the countries or destinations that they are traveling to.
