• Mandatory tour guide & driver tips (HKD$50 per person) for each of the city tours, to be paid to the guide after the tour.
• The Free Sehnzhen Day Tour only valid for NON Chinese passport holders, and NON Hong Kong citizens.
• Passengers must follow and complete all itineraries; no deviation from any part of our tours. Otherwise no free tours / meals will be provided
• Itinerary subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to amend date of all activities during the peak season.
• Any unutilized or unused tours, services, or room are non-refundable.
• This package includes free transport with one piece of Lugages (max 12" x 18" x 30") per passenger. For luagages exceeds the limit, each additional piece will be charged S$4.
• The 3D2N Free & Easy Package requires a minimum stay of two consecutive hotel nights; no refund for any early check out, and, or any un-utilized services.
• The special rates listed here are are for both individual travelers and group booking (no FOC for group booking).
• * hotels has room allotment blockage. The rates listed are under our room allotment bases, room rates will be adjusted if booking exceeds allotment.
• For better room location, please book as early as possible.
• Early and late flight pick-up arrangement:
  For flights arriving after 11:30pm, pick up service only available to groups with more than 10 passengers, plus a surcharge of S$15 per person. Alternatively, passengers could arrange of transfer to hotel.
  This also applied to flight arriving before 8am.
• The last sit-in coach for daily airport arrival pick up will be leaving at 00:30 am straight.
  Passengers who miss the coasch need to make their own arrangement to htoel; we will not be responsible for the transportation fee.

• The prices on Apple Holidays web site is valid for internet booking only
• Please make your bookings early as flight seat space and accommodations are subject to availability at the time of booking
• Please make your booking 3 days before departure
• All bookings are subject to availability of flight and accommodation and are not immediately confirmed
• Cancellation
  - Charge may be imposed for any no-show, cancellation or reduction in room nights or number of rooms depending on booking policys.
  - Please ensure you receive our written confirmation of any booking you cancel, otherwise a no show charge may be imposed.
  - Cacellation fee will apply in relation to each hotel booked during peak season. In the event that the hotel / apartment should charge a cancellation fee of more than one night, this charge shall become payable by you. This will be notified prior to your acceptance of the terms.

ENTRY VISA(S) AND TRANSIT VISA(S) REQUIREMENT

 

• Customer are requested to kindly checked directly with the country embassies concerned to ensure fully Entry Visa(s) Compliance.
• Customer have to undertake entire responsibility to ensure that they have meet fully with a Entry Visa(s) requirements of the countries or destinations that they are traveling to.
