CONDITIONS OF SALES:

  • Package rates valid until 30th June 2007
  • Package rate excludes fuel cost surcharge S$5, singapore to Batam departure fee S$10, Batam to singapore departure fee S$3, Infants (below 2 years old) subject to S$8 Seaport Tax.
  • Child rates apply to child age between 3-11 years. Infant age 2 and below is S$16.
  • Ferry departure time for package leaves at 08:45, for Free & Easy, leaves at 09:35
    Return ferry from Batam is fixed at 14:10 Batam time.
  • After confirmation, any amendmen or cancellation will be charged a S$30 administration fee.
  • Please check in at Singapore Harbour Front Centre (formerly World Trade Centre) Batam Fast Ferry Office #02-29/30 at least one hour before departure time.
  • Please proceed for immigration clearance at least 15 minutes before departure and make sure you board the right ferry.

  • The prices on Apple Holidays web site is valid for internet booking only
  • Please make your bookings early as flight seat space and accommodations are subject to availability at the time of booking
  • Please make your booking 3 days before departure
  • All bookings are subject to availability of flight and accommodation and are not immediately confirmed
  • Cancellation
    - Charge may be imposed for any no-show, cancellation or reduction in room nights or number of rooms depending on booking policies.
    - Please ensure you receive our written confirmation of any booking you cancel, otherwise a no show charge may be imposed.
    - Cancellation fee will apply in relation to each hotel booked during peak season. In the event that the hotel / apartment should charge a cancellation fee of more than one night, this charge shall become payable by you. This will be notified prior to your acceptance of the terms.

ENTRY VISA(S) AND TRANSIT VISA(S) REQUIREMENT

  • All passport must have at least six months validity before travel
  • Customer are requested to kindly checked directly with the country embassies concerned to ensure fully Entry Visa(s) Compliance
  • Customer have to undertake entire responsibility to ensure that they have meet fully with a Entry Visa(s) requirements of the countries or destinations that they are traveling to
