    Ferry fares may change without prior notice, will be confirmed upon booking
  • Apple Holidays web site prices are valid for internet booking only
  • Please make your bookings early as flight seat space and accommodations are subject to availability at the time of booking
  • Please make your booking at least 3 days before departure
  • All bookings are subject to availability of flight and accommodation and are not immediately confirmed

Please note the following :

  • All timings shown are based on local time. Bintan time is 1 hour behind Singapore time.
  • 1830hrs(Bin-Sin) ferry will not be available on Sunday if Monday is a holiday.
  • Additional trips may be scheduled for peak holiday season.
    Enquiry may be made at any of the Bintan Resorts Ferries offices for the latest ferry schedule.

Important documents required for immigration clearance

  • International Passport
  • VISA, if required.
  • Embarkation Card
  • Boarding Pass

Check-In Time:

  • Passengers are advised to check-in and collect boarding passes Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal Ticketing Counter 5 at least 1 hour before departure time. Bintan Resort Ferries reserves the right to cancel booking if boarding pass is not collected 30 minutes before departure.
  • For departure from Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal (Bintan Resort), passengers are required to re-confirm their return trip and collect boarding passes at least 2 hours before departure. BRF reserves the right to cancel confirmed bookings if passengers check-in later than 45 minutes from departure.

Please Note:

  • Peak period rates apply to departures on Friday - Sunday, eve of Public Holidays & Public Holidays.
  • Adult rates apply to all 12 years old and above.
  • Child rate is applicable to children 2 years and above but below 12 years of age.
  • Infant rates apply to children below 2 years old.
  • Total Peak/Off Peak Counter Fares rates above are inclusive of $3 Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal levy, $4 BBT terminal levy, $1 baggage handling fee, $0.60 per 1-way PSA security levy and $0.50 per 1-way BBT security levy. Levies and fees are subject to change according to the respective authorities.
  • Each passenger is entitled up to 2 hand-carry items not exceeding 20 kg and no larger than 70cmx51cmx34cm. Baggage exceeding 20kg will be charged in accordance with rates levied by the respective terminals, up to a maximum of 40kg. Bicycles and surfboards are subject to a S$5.00 charge per piece.
  • Prior approval for carriage of cargo goods is required and is subject to rates levied by the respective baggage handler.
  • Passengers who are more than 26 weeks pregnant are prohibited from travelling on board the Vessel unless a medical certificate certifying fitness to travel is provided.
  • Please also ensure that the passport is valid for entry,
    and that it is valid for at least 6 months prior to departure.

ENTRY VISA(S) AND TRANSIT VISA(S) REQUIREMENT
  • All passports must have at least six month validity during the entire traveling period
  • Customer are requested to kindly checked directly with the country embassies concerned to ensure fully Entry Visa(s) Compliance.
  • Customer have to undertake entire responsibility to ensure that they have meet fully with a Entry Visa(s) requirements of the countries or destinations that they are traveling to.
